About Us
Our Journey in Three Steps
Psychiatric Care Developmental Foundation (PCDF) is a Yemeni non-governmental organization that provides developmental and humanitarian support and assistance to the most vulnerable groups in Yemen. This includes providing psychological and social counseling and treatment services to individuals and families suffering from psychological and social problems. The foundation also provides specialized psychological training programs for service providers in all sectors. PCDF was established at the end of 2019 as a result of the great need to build the capacities of local communities affected by conflicts and to respond to their humanitarian and relief needs such as health, education, and development. The foundation operates under a license from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, and its scope of work covers all Yemeni governorates.
