About PCDF :

Psychiatric Care Developmental  Foundation is a Yemeni non-governmental organization which provides psychological and social treatment and guidance services to individuals and families who have psychological and social issues.; Including gender-based violence issues. The foundation provides specialized training programs to psychological service providers both the private and public. 

JOB PURPOSE:

Arranging the administrative and secretarial work of Ibb office, in addition to documenting the activities of the foundation and preparing media materials, tools  that enhance the writing of reports and success stories .

Main Responsibilities:

2. Documentation of all the Foundation's office and field activities, including psychological support sessions at the Centre. 3-Preparing media materials for the foundation and producing high-quality communication materials and media content , including audio-visual materials, photography, video and publications, and preparing reportage. 5. Writing news reports and preparing success stories for the Foundation. 6. Establish and maintain a communications network in the press/media world to ensure and promote the dissemination of information. 7. Collecting and archiving photos, videos and any media materials related to the foundation and its activities to ensure access to them at any time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. Bachelor degree in Media or relevant field is required.
2. knowledge of English Language.
3. Experience in secretarial areas.
4. Experience in high -quality photography and videography.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Experience in using design, graphic and montage programs.
7. Required to have previously photographed materials.
8. Experience in planning and implementing tactics for media and communications projects, including developing audio ,visual materials and tools.
9. Communicating in a credible and effective way.
10. Effective Written Communication skills.
11. Preferably a resident of Ibb governorate.
