On Wednesday, October 20, 2021, a community awareness was held for patients and their families who visits the PSS center in Taiz, about the problematic view of the mentally ill according to the culture of the local community.

Where awareness was about the pressures that patients face today, and how to deal with these pressures, and how society interprets mental illness and stress according to the culture and level of education, the role of the family in guiding the patient and determining the place of treatment and how to overcome the perception of mental illness 

The awareness was carried out by Dr. Ibrahim Qaid, Manager of the PPS center.
