On Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021, a training workshop was held on the Al-Thawra Hospital, the dialysis department in Ibb governorate, and in the presence of the Director of the Al-Thawra Hospital Authority, Dr. Abdul Ghani Ghabsheh and his deputies, a training workshop entitled "Psychological support for nursing staff in the dialysis center" targeting 60 male and female nurses.

Where the psychologist Samira Al-Shahari introduced the nursing staff to how to deal with patients psychologically, showing the difference between psychological support and psychotherapy, focusing on psychological support methods and its positive impact on the nurse and the patient, and finally, how to unload the psychological pressure of the nursing staff itself.

This course is part of the Foundation's activities and efforts to provide psychological and moral support to those who deal directly with patients on a daily basis.
