On May 8, 2022, in the hall of the Psychiatric Care Developmental Foundation, the training program for the cadres working in the Psychological Support Center "Clinical Psychiatric Diagnosis and the Effective Use of Psychiatric Diagnostic Tools" began.

On the  first day, the course witnessed a theoretical lecture by Dr.Sami Al-Silwi, which focused on the concept of psychological diagnosis and the difference between diagnosis in medicine, psychiatry and mental health, as well as the postulates on which psychiatric diagnosis is based and the general objectives of diagnosis.
