The Wajud Foundation for Human Security, in partnership with the Psychiatric Care Developmental Foundation, is implementing group psychological support sessions for female gender-based violence survivors
On September 11, 2022, the activities of the group psychological support sessions project for female GBV survivors began in Taiz. The project targets 100 GBV survivors, during the period from 11-21 September 2022
The project aims to target 100 survivors with psychological support sessions within 10 days, on average ten survivors every day, as part of raising capacities against gender-based violence
The project also aims to provide GBV survivors with some skills that facilitate them to face life challenges and pressures, as well as emotional venting by listening to GBV survivors
