On October 11, 2023, PCF organized a sports marathon for secondary school students in, on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, where 30 participants from various schools in Taiz Governorate participated in the marathon.

The competitors covered a distance of 1000 meters, from the starting point of the Berara area to the end point of Madinat al-Nour (the headquarters of the MHPSS center in Madinat al-Nour).

Dr. Akram Abdel Aziz,  PCF representative  , and Dr. Ibrahim Qaed, Director of the MHPSS center, honored the top seven winners with medals and sums of money.

The Foundation aimed to commemorate the World Mental Health Day and educate the participants about the importance of mental health and the importance of promoting it for the individual, family, and society, through the awareness that was held after the end of the race, and the Foundation also aimed from this race to entertain the participants by discharging their physical energy, which benefits their mental health.
