The Foundation launched its hotline in order to provide family and psychological counseling services and the complaint. This step came after the Corona pandemic, where the Foundation received the mobile numbers published by it to respond to those requesting psychological service during the pandemic more than 550 calls.
The Foundation aims to provide a hotline to ensure confidentiality for many patients or those seeking family and psychological counseling services and are afraid to enter any psychotherapy centers.
The Foundation also receives, through its hotline, all complaints from clients in its centers currently located in August - Taiz - Hajjah funded by the United Nations Fund.
